The staff and board of Tubac Center of the Arts are deeply saddened to let you know that Michael Fenlason passed away unexpectedly on Friday, August 2nd, the very day of the Opening Reception for the season ahead full of the exhibitions and performing arts that Michael orchestrated. As the Artistic Director at TCA, Michael raised the bar for exhibitions in all TCA galleries to showcase both established and emerging artists. Michael had not only a brilliant mind but also the wit and wisdom that endeared him to everyone he worked with. He will be sorely missed and remembered always for his many contributions to the arts and the Tubac community.
