Hi-Art Application
The 2024 Hi-Art exhibit will be a live exhibit in our galleries. Award winners will be selected live at Tubac Center of the Arts opening on Friday April 19, 2024.
How to Apply:
– Each artist may submit one image of original art created during the 2023-2024 school year.
– Artwork may be for sale with the price determined by the artist. The artist will receive 100 percent of the sale. TCA does not take a commission on student art.
– All wall art, printmaking, drawing, paintings, MUST BE FRAMED AND WIRED for hanging to qualify for inclusion in the exhibition.No sawtooth hangers.
– By applying to the exhibit, the artists agrees to release the use of images of their artwork for promotional use for the exhibition and future Hi-Art exhibits. All artist participating agree tot he release the use of images of themselves as well as their art for future hi-art exhibits. All artists participating agree to release the use of images of themselves as well as their art for promotional use by Tubac Center of the Arts for future Hi-Art exhibits, for TCA general promotions, and as a permanent record of the exhibit.
– Failure to comply with exhibit rules will disqualify entries from the exhibition and from scholarship application opportunity.
Eligibility Criteria
– Santa Cruz Valley and Sahuarita AZ High School Students Scholarship Application Requirements Seniors must submit a 500 text narrative with their image submission to be considered for the scholarship.

Week of, April 15th: Artists notified of acceptance and artwork picked up by TCA staff
