For the Love of It Marion Valentine

Tubac artist, Marion Valentine was one of the early Tubac artists, along with her husband Hans, their home was also their studio, open to the public. Marion was well known for her unique batik paintings. In this retrospective, we celebrate her love of art and community for her birthday, February 14th, Valentine’s Day!

What Place Is This? Master Gallery American photographer, Wayne Gudmundson has captured images from locations in Southern Arizona, approximately a 60 – mile radius of Tucson, where between the years 1698 and 1882 some violence occurred. These photographs will be presented along with text from Historian, Dieter Berninger in this traveling exhibition.
