Open Studio Tour

For over fifteen years, Tubac Center of the Arts has presented a regional artists Open Studio Tour held each March. Artists from Green Valley, Quail Creek, Tubac and Rio Rico open their studios and share their latest creations with tour visitors. This annual event is FREE to the public and opens with a preview exhibition and reception at Tubac Center of the Arts. Visitors can pick up a studio tour guide, view examples of the art in the gallery, and plan their studio tour weekend. The Open Studio Tour is a free self-guided tour is a unique opportunity to meet painters, sculptors, jewelers, potters, illustrators and more in their working studio spaces throughout the Santa Cruz Valley.

Open Studio Preview Exhibition: February 13 – March 29, 2026

Open Studio Gallery Reception will be held at the Tubac Center of the Arts at 9 Plaza Road in Tubac. Many of the participating artists will have their latest art on display. The reception will be held on February 27 from 12 to 6pm. The exhibition will be open through March 29th.

Gallery Walking Tour: Friday, February 27, 2026 12pm to 6pm, Raffle at 6:30pm

Gallery Walking Tour is a once-a-year chance to enjoy an evening touring participating galleries. Meet the artists and enjoy demos and treats.

Open Studio Tour First Weekend —Tubac and Rio Rico Studios: February 27 – March 1, 2026 from 10am to 4pm
