Conversation with the artist/filmmaker about the feature film adaptation of Czech writer Bohuil Habal’s beloved book set during the Russian occupation of Czechoslovakia during the 40’s and 5o’s.  Learn about the book, its author and the how/why of it is being made into a film using puppets.  A two minute trailer of the film will be shown. TCA’s exhibit, Tucson Skies, is an exhibition of photography illustrating the skies over Tucson. In collaboration with the Tucson Symphony Orchestra, photography will display in this exhibition at the Tubac Center of the Arts and subsequently select digital images of the work will be shown at the Tucson Symphony Orchestra during an original composition by Tucson native, composer Anthony Constantino.
