“This is the first year Open Studios is expanding to Nogales, and the first time the full-color catalog will be published in an English and Spanish bilingual edition. This will help more Spanish-speaking residents take part and visit artists’ studios. It also gives artists in Nogales a chance to share their talent in the March 17-19 event.” (GVNews)
